I can't recommend Bed and Biscuits enough. It provided us an amazing service for our cat relocation. Total transparence on prices, peace of mind, very good organisation, great communication (a big thank you to Armie who gave us news regularly of our furry friend). Bed & Biscuits took good care of her and even asked for news after her arrival. We feel that They really love animals and understand the place our pets have in our hearts. It’s a lovely place where my dog stayed for 3 weeks. Was happy playing with other dogs, then he was safely relocated to the UK with all the care he got until he was home. Armie at B&B has amazed me with her calm, friendly and professional way of dealing with all the many difficulties with relocating our 2 dogs back to Scotland from Bahrain. She persisted and found new options even when 2 different airlines cancelled flights at very short notice. She was kind and thoughtful, always keeping us up to date with how things were going. Our dogs arrived safely all thanks to Armie who always put their safety and wellbeing first. I couldn't recommend this service from Bed & Biscuits highly enough.

I cannot recommend Bed and Biscuits enough the safely coordinated my three cats transfer back to the UK without my presence. There now all happily curled up in front of the fire in Scotland

We recently used Bed & Biscuits to relocate our dog from Bahrain to Dubai. Armie helped us through the process and was absolutely fantastic. When our moving plans were constantly changing she kept updating us and changing the plans to suit us all. Armie dealt with everything for us and made our little dogs trip as smooth and as comfortable for her as possible. I was kept up to date at all times and couldn’t recommend this company enough. I didn’t have to worry about anything and managed to get our dog safely to our new home with no stress or worries. Due to covid restrictions, we moved back to the US leaving our cat in the care of Bed N Biscuits kennel. So, Noor has just spent almost 5 months at Bed N Biscuits before she was able to fly to us in the USA, arriving a few days ago. We are so thankful to see her looking so good and healthy on her arrival. Bed N Biscuits is top notch in their kenneling facility, clean and friendly, is what my friend reported back to me after her multiple visits to Noor At the kennel. Also, all went smoothly with her relocation as BeD N Biscuits arranged her flights, vet check and got her safely set up in the kennel with her supplies and paperwork and to the airport for her flights back. My buddy Thor's Hammer has been a guest at Bed N Biscuits for the last 4 months while waiting to be able to go to the USA. I want to thank Antonio, Laura and the entire team for keeping him happy and healthy while he waited for dad to come back to get him. The loving care for my fur baby is evident everytime I return from vacation as well as now. Thor has been an enthusiastic patron since he was enrolled in his basic obedience training with Antonio at 12 weeks old 3 years ago and his yearly stay during my vacations. The facility is always clean and well kept. I feel that all the staff take great pride in what they do and the service they provide you and your pet. Very professional staff who care about the pets and their welfare. Clean, spacious, well stocked on pet items. They keep owners informed on pet's status throughout boarding via photos/messages. Excellent place to leave pets with peace of mind.

We are extremely grateful to the the Bed & Biscuits team for bringing our two beloved Italian Greyhounds from South Africa to Bahrain. We spoke to a few agents, and settled on Bed & Biscuits after meeting with Antonio. He answered all our questions, broke down the costs line by line, offered all the advice we needed and then, additional advice that we would have overlooked in the future. It was all brought to our attention. They where there every step of the way, and although still stressful, I have total confidence in the service they offer. We will use Bed & Biscuits again in the future, without hesitation. Their offering in Bahrain from the pet relocation service, to the facilities here, is just amazing. We had a super short moving window and a sweet, fat pug who makes air travel difficult. Antonio, Armie, and the team ensured that everything happened smoothly, efficiently, and as stress-free as anything can be for this anxiety prone pup momma. Over the past number of years we have used Bed & Biscuits kennels many times and really enjoyed the regular feedback and photos they sent of our dog Pringle while we were away, thereby giving us the confidence that he was well cared for. We have unfortunately finally come to the point of leaving Bahrain for good and again chose Bed & Biscuits to organize the relocation of Pringle to Cape Town, South Africa. Antonio, who runs Bed & Biscuits was amazing and so caring in the planning and executing of all the arrangements: from collecting and returning Pringle for all the various Veterinary requirements, to coordinating with the Cape Town agent and ourselves ensuring that all the arrival dates, quarantine period, etc. were clearly understood.
So, all in all we found Antonio (Who dealt with Pringle as if he was his own pet), the services of Bed & Biscuits and the caring nature of the whole experience very satisfying, and would strongly recommend Bed and Biscuits for the relocation of your pet.

Wonderful!! They relocated my kittens to the US and took perfect care of them throughout the process. I picked them up in perfect condition and the whole experience was stress-free. Thank you Antonio!!

I would like to thank Mr. Antonio and the entire B&B team for taking care of our pets 3 cats & 1 Dog Boxer who had been put up at their hotel for dogs n cats and subsequently had to be relocated from Bahrain to Muscat, Oman.
During the stay we were quite happy to see our pets enjoying every day at the hotel as they always allowed our dog to socialize with other pets as also our cats were playing in the open area inside the Catery.
Relocation of Boxer is quite difficult as few airlines n countries too don’t accept them however the whole process was smoothened out by Mr. Antonio which helped us to see all our pets being sent with attention paid to each details and a great re-union at the end of their journey.
We are most thankful to B&B team for helping us start a new journey in Muscat Oman ? ?

After rescuing Basil from a stray puppy, we put him into boot camp training with Tony and was so happy with the results! Tony also helped us to continue at home and now Basil has gone from stray dog to family pet who's great on the leash, loves his create and is great around our children. We also recently had to relocate back home to UK and Bed & Biscuits were an amazing help here too. It was such an easy worry free process for us and we could not have done it without their help. So a huge big thank you to all the staff at B&B, we can highly recommend them!!

Your pet is a part of your family. When you travel you want to make sure they’re in the very best hands. Knowing that they’re going to be loved, talk to you, played with, and looked out for is important. Our little chappy is just like one of Our own children. Every time we walk into bed and biscuits they’re right there to greet him. They talk to him as if he’s been there the whole time and he’s an old family member coming back for a visit. They get down on his level, talk to him, pet him and just plain love on him. It is so reassuring to be away and get photos and videos. I know that they’re taking care of him just like I would. I wouldn’t want him to be anywhere else when I’m away then Bed And Biscuit
